Garden City restaurants and bars currently licensed can apply for a Temporary Modification of Premises due to COVID-19. This is to allow establishments to use outside seating areas to comply with social distancing. To apply, please fill out form DR8442, the Control Plan Checklist and submit these forms along with a diagram of the modification to be to Town Hall or email to The diagram simply needs to show the current licensed area of your establishment with indication of where the outside seating or sidewalk service area would be.
