Garden City restaurants and bars currently licensed can apply for a Temporary Modification of Premises due to COVID-19. This is to allow establishments to use outside seating areas to comply with social distancing. - DR 8442 Application
- Control Plan Mod Premises
- Diagram of current premises and proposed modification
- If property is leased or rented, a letter from the landlord approving the modification
