We love dogs! If you haven’t licensed your dog yet, or in the last year, then it’s time to stop by the Town Hall with proof of a current rabies vaccination and the fee. If your dog’s rabies vaccination hasn’t expired since the last time you registered, give us a call and we’ll make sure we have the paperwork. The fee is $4 if your pet has been spayed or neutered and $10 if not. Bring Fido if you like. We’d love to meet him. We take cash, check or credit/debit card.
Registering your dog helps us keep everyone safe, plus we’ll know who to call if your best friend gets loose and is wandering around town. The fine for an unlicensed dog is $25, plus if we don’t know who the dog belongs to, he/she will be impounded at the Humane Society. The impound fees start at $130. We don’t want that to happen, so please make sure your dog is licensed.
