Town of Garden City Cancellation of Election
Pursuant to CRS 31-10-507 and Garden City Ordinance No. 1-1992, the regular municipal election scheduled for April 7, 2020 is hereby cancelled by Resolution No. 08-2020 because there are not more candidates than offices to be filled. The following candidates running for office are hereby declared elected: Filbert Archuleta as Mayor and Gary Sorensen and Alex Lopez as Trustees.
