NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Board of Trustees of the Town of Garden City at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th day of February, 2020, at the Garden City Town Hall, 621 27th Street Road, Garden City, Colorado, for the purpose of considering an Ordinance amending Section 16-2-430. – Uses permitted subject to special review of the Garden City Municipal Code.
The proposed Ordinance would amend Uses Permitted Subject to Special Review to include CBD Extraction facilities within the Commercial Zone.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Garden City Town Hall during normal business hours.
