Garden City, Colorado is a small community that makes a large statement by taking the lead in supporting the ideal of personal freedoms. Since its incorporation in 1938, Garden City’s population growth has been limited to its one tenth of a square mile area. However, Garden City has excellent transportation access due to its location on Colorado State Highways 85 and 34.
Surrounded by the cities of Greeley and Evans the Town is strategically located adjacent to the University of Northern Colorado with a population of more than 13,000 students, giving the Town a large prospective customer base with direct access via 8th Avenue, the Town’s main street. The Town’s excellent location combined with a niche business market in spirits, bars and marijuana facilities has contributed toward the economy of Garden City these past 78 years.
